understand that by accepting a prize, winners consent that Sponsor may use
the Winners' names and photographs/likenesses, the Winners' hometown and
biographical information, statements concerning the contest entry for
advertising and promotional purposes for Sponsors' products for purposes
of advertising, promotion, and merchandising this and similar promotions,
worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or
hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without
additional compensation except where prohibited by law, and grant all
rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright it. Upon request,
winner agrees to consent to such in writing.
