Vacation of  a Lifetime

Vacation of a Lifetime offers two adults 3 days and 2 night's hotel accommodations at over 45 destinations throughout North America. Certificates have a $50.00 refundable deposit with 12 months to redeem.

Terms and conditions

1. Lodging: This Vacation of a Lifetime Certificate entitles the recipient to two night's accommodations in a standard hotel room as one of the locations described, subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under the age of 18. No pets. Destin and Myrtle Beach destinations are not available during June, July, and August.

2. Retail Value: The approximate retail value of the accommodations is $110 to $674 depending on the location, hotel availability and time of year traveled.

3. Reservations: Reservation requests may be made at the same time as or after activation. Please indicate two choices of dates and destinations in order of preference. All reservation requests require 60 days advance notice and are subject to availability. A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you within 72 hours of your request confirmation. YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER AND IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.

4. Incidental Charges: The Certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, room taxes ($3-$17 per night), meals, and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs.

5. Cancellation: Written notice of cancellation or changes to an active reservation must be received at least 8 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 8 days prior to arrival or simply not showing up will result in a forfeiture of your Certificate and deposit.

6. Usage Limitations: You may not elect to use this Certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by Executive Tour & Travel unless authorized in writing. Only one Certificate may be used per household per year.

7. Liability Limitations: Executive Tour & Travel will arrange hotel accommodations, acting only as an agent for hotels, and will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from, or in conjunction with, services rendered.

8. This Certificate is intended for promotional use only by the Issuer and may not be resold to the recipient.

9. State Disclosures: This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law. You may cancel this contract (this Certificate) without any penalty or obligation within 30 days of the date of purchase or receipt of this Certificate, whichever is later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must send notification in writing of your intent to cancel and return the Certificate to Vacation of a Lifetime, 301 Indigo Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. No purchaser should rely upon representation other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of this Certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's rights to cancel under section 559.933 Florida Statutes. Passage to Fun

Passage to Fun offers two adults a 3-night, 4-night or 7-night luxury cruise to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico or Alaska. Certificates have a $99.00 activation fee plus $259.00 per person (3 night), $299.00 per person (4 night) $499.00 (7 night) per person port charges, applicable taxes, and administration and departure fees. 12 months to redeem. Peak season charges extra.

Terms and conditions

1. This offer is valid for a cruise for two adults (double occupancy required). Accommodations are for an entry-level interior cabin. Upgrades to more spacious cabins with outstanding ocean views are available for a surcharge. 

2. To be eligible for this offer, passenger(s) must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. United States travelers need to have a passport. Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U. S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident aliens and aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation. 

3. To validate your cruise certificate you must complete your registration validation form prior to the activation deadline date shown on your registration form. This cruise offer expires 18 months from your activation date and all travel must be completed by that date. 

4. All reservation requirements in this cruise certificate must be met. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. Port charges, government taxes, and applicable processing fees must be received immediately once your request has been made for your selected sailing date. Travel must be completed before the expiration date. 

5. When your registration validation form is activated, further reservation correspondence will be mailed to you. 

6. This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end user without expressed written consent of ETTSI, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

7. You, as the cruise recipient, may choose a cruise with departure from Port Canaveral, Florida; Miami, Florida; or Los Angeles, California depending on your cruise certificate. Airline tickets, airport transfers and miscellaneous expenses are not included. 

8. Selected sailings are available on a year-round basis, with a surcharge per person for peak season or holiday sailings. For travel September through February there is no surcharge. For travel March through May (Peak) add $99 per person. When traveling during June through August (Highest Peak) add $199 per person. 

9. Cabins for third or fourth persons, when available, must be purchased through ETTSI. at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. 

10. Only one travel offer per household may be used in an 18 month period. At the time of booking, port charges, government taxes along with service & administrative fees are required. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. It is important that you do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation, since cruises are booked according to the availability of ETTSI allotment of staterooms. 

11. This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. The issue date on the registration form must be filled out by the participating sponsor to validate this certificate. 

12. ETTSI is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or other circumstances beyond its control, causing the cruise to become unavailable. ETTSI reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require. 

13. ETTSI assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation (including terms and conditions) made in conjunction with this gift certificate by any person, agent, entity, or distributor other than those in writing contained in this gift certificate as set out herein and this is the entire agreement and cannot be modified except by a written document signed by ETTSI.
