How do I earn rewards at LOCAL
small businesses?
Simply shop at a participating local businesses, pay for
your purchases by cash, check, debit or credit card,
then show your MYCR
Rewards Card to earn rewards. Merchant swipes card through their
credit card processing equipment or over the
internet and rewards are added onto your MYCR
Rewards Card.
Cardholder receives a receipt that shows the
amount of rewards earned and donations made. Rewards
are available 10-15 days after purchases are made.
How
much are rewards worth?
100 earned rewards points = $1 (One dollar cash
value)
How
many rewards can I earn in a day?
You
can earn as many rewards as you like.
Can
I cash in my rewards?
Yes, you can request a check when you have 25,000
rewards points ($250).
How
do I redeem my Rewards?
When you have $25 or more on your card. You can
use your MYCR
Rewards Card as a DEBIT CARD at any participating
local merchant. Be sure to
check your balance before you go.
How do I choose a non-profit?
The organization where you received your MYCR
Rewards Card from will receive a percentage of
every purchase you make. You can change the organization
that you would like to support by contacting
MYCR
.
Can I incur debt with the MYCR
Rewards Card?
No, you can only earn cash rewards with the card,
and spend the balance that is on the card. The MYCR
Rewards Card is not a credit card.
How long is the program?
The program is managed on an annual basis and
renews automatically each year as long as the
participating businesses continue to support the
program.

Is
there a minimum purchase?
Minimum purchase amounts vary by merchant. The
standard purchase amount is $5.
Why
do I need to register my Rewards Card?
In case your card is lost or stolen, we would like
to make sure you do not loose you rewards. Call
our office to report lost or stolen cards. Once we
verify ownership, we will cancel your old card and
transfer rewards balance to your new card. MYCR
Rewards Card is not responsible for replacing the
cash value used by someone other than the
cardholder prior to the time the card is reported
missing. If a card needs to be replaced a $5 fee
will apply.
In
addition, when you register your card, you are
automatically informed when new participating
businesses that join the program, about upcoming
events, card balance reminders, contest winners,
and much more.
How
can I check my rewards balance?
Visit
our website and click on the "Member
Login". You will be asked to enter your
Rewards Card number.
What
is the privacy policy of MYCR
Rewards Card?
Your privacy is of outmost importance to us.
Information is used for internal purposes only. We
will never sell your information to any third
party, as specified on our privacy
policy.
Can the MYCR
Rewards Card
be cancelled?
Yes the MYCR
Rewards Card may be cancelled at any time. MYCR
Rewards also reserves the right to cancel cards
that have been used fraudulently or in connection
with excessive product returns. Cards are
automatically deactivated after two (2) years of
inactivity.
Can I give MYCR
Rewards Card
to someone else?
Yes, anyone that has your MYCR
Rewards Card
in their possession can use it to make purchases.
Make sure you register it in case that is lost or
stolen, so you can save your rewards.
How
do I find merchants that accept the MYCR
Rewards Card?
Look for the MYCR
logo at store fronts and cash registers. A
participating business directory is issued with
each card purchase. Look for the MYCR
Rewards Card decal at participating businesses.
You can also find a complete list of participating
businesses on our website.
What can I buy with my Rewards Card?
Your Rewards Card works like a DEBIT CARD, and you
can use your rewards like cash to purchase products or
services from any participating local business.
What
about refunds?
Rewards
you received at time of purchase, will be
automatically deducted from your MYCR
Rewards Card when you return any merchandise or
service you were given. If rewards are not
available on your card when you make a return. You
will receive the amount of your purchase minus
rewards you were given at the time of purchase.
Does
my Rewards Card have any fees?
There is a $0.10 per transaction fee which
is deducted at the time of purchase. A $1 monthly
fee also applies, which is also deducted from
earned rewards. However, if there are no rewards
available, no fees are due.
Can each member of my family have their own MYCR
Rewards Card?
Yes, everyone can have their own card. You can
even add them together to help pay for college,
give them as a gift to grandpa for retirement or
take a family vacation. The sum of all cards
together must be 25,000 rewards points ($250) to redeem
rewards for cash.
How
do I redeem college, retirement or travel rewards?
Simply call MYCR
Rewards Card department 90 days before you want
your rewards. We will verify your eligibility and
card ownership. A we will mail you a check within
14 business days.
What kind of merchants accept the MYCR
Rewards Card?
A wide array of LOCAL businesses located in the
Temecula Valley. From restaurants, to car repair
shops, plus hundreds of online merchants. Ask your
favorite business to accept the card.

How
do I earn ONLINE rewards?
Once you have purchased your MYCR
Rewards Card visit our website and click on the
Online Mall link, register and you are ready
to go. You can start shopping online and
earn up to 15% rewards. Reward amounts vary based
on merchant participation.
How
do I redeem my online rewards?
When rewards balance reaches $25, you will
receive via regular mail, a MYCR
Debit MasterCard. You can redeem your rewards at
ANY participating business in the Temecula Valley.
Future rewards are automatically added to your MYCR
Debit MasterCard.
How
do select the non-profit organization I want part
of my rewards to go to?
When you log onto your online account, you
will be able to choose from a drop down menu the
organization of your choice and that's it. They
will receive a percentage of every purchase you
make.

Can our non-profit organization sell
MYCR
Rewards Cards?
Yes, simply contact our sales office and receive
cards that are pre-programmed for your
organization to ensure you receive donations.
Are there financial risks to a beneficiary
organization?
None. The organization receives unrestricted funds
without obligations.
How does the cardholder select a beneficiary?
When a consumer purchases a card directly from
your organization, or if they purchase a card
online and choose your organization as the
beneficiary.
How does a beneficiary organization get paid?
Beneficiary organizations have the option to
receive direct deposit or by check. Payment is
issued if contributions exceed $10, otherwise
funds are held until balance reaches $10 before
payment is made. First payment is received 90 days
after joining the program.
Are there costs to a beneficiary organization?
NO. There are no costs to any organization that
participates in the MYCR Rewards Cards
program.
How can my organization check to see how
much money we are raising?
Organizations can log on 24/7 to check their
account balance. Log on to our website and click
on the "Member
Login" link. You will be
able to run reports and view how much money
members of your organization have contributed.
How much money will our organization make?
The amount a beneficiary organization receives is
based on how many cards they sell, and how much
those cardholders use their cards. MYCR
Rewards Card. Our sweepstakes program and
community events will help organizations grow
their monthly donations.
How does our organization promote the use of
the card?
Simply encourage cardholders to shop local
small businesses and "online
businesses" that participate in the program.
You can also help promote the program by making
flyers, placing links on your website, talking
about MYCR
